Guide to our Fees

Modern veterinary practice is continuing to advance rapidly, diagnostic procedures and treatments available today are far more advanced then even a few years ago. In order to keep our facilities up to date and provide the best possible service, together with the provision of a 24 hour service, 365 days a year we need to charge realistic fees. In order to limit administrative costs we ask that fees are paid either at the time of consultation or, in the case of an animal requiring in patent treatment, at the time of collection.

A surcharge of 5% initially and then 2% a month will be levied on all unpaid invoices. We reserve the right to charge postage on invoices that are not collected at the time.

In cases of financial hardship, split or deferred payments may be arranged but this must be discussed with one of the veterinary surgeons or the accounts department.

Payment may be made by cash, cheque or debit/credit cards.

Terms of Business
